Sherwood in summary makes cool stuff out of wood. It's a passion of mine and I'm really very fortunate to be able to have it as a business. I have devoted a large portion of my life to learning this craft. There is so much that goes into a piece of furniture that goes unnoticed.

From constructing the piece with seasonal expansion and contraction in mind- to using proportions and techniques that are historically and architecturally proven to make an aesthetically pleasing piece. The attention to detail and demand for perfection that I want to hold myself to for every project is quite high.

I believe that the aim of every project is to craft, install and finish work in a way that is beautiful, functional, and as the customer requests.
